At laya healthcare we are constantly trying to make things a little easier for our members and our recent app update allows you to manage your health insurance and healthcare needs all in the one place. Simply take or upload a picture of your day to day medical expense receipts and submit them directly to our Claims Department for assessment through the Laya App.We have also amalgamated our CareOnCall app so that members can contact Digital GP services including face to face video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service and access to home testing kits. Because this is an app you will want to keep using, we’ve enabled touch/face id for Android and Ios for speedy and secure login. Useless. Web site "use the app to make a claim". Go into App, click the members area... pop up to website... which says "use the app to make a claim" Sweet mother of all that's holy how can you be this bad... I'm at the point now where there is NO option to make a claim, other then print a damn form and post it... what is this 1924... 😑 come on Laya, its hardly complicated. Among we pay for health insurance you could at least improve your IT infrastructure.

Cannot access app on android
Logs me out every time I try use camera in app.
I've also found it keeps crashing on android, I can't get into it! Please fix this!!
Cannot get into member area with correct email and password . Blank page with welcome only visible !!!
App no longer works on Android, won't even open, keeps crashing for about two weeks now. Was brilliant before this.
